Job summary

A healthcare organization in Singapore is seeking a dedicated professional to manage accounts and assist in client interactions. The ideal candidate should have 1-2 years of relevant experience, preferably in healthcare insurance, and possess strong communication and customer service skills. This role involves developing technical parameters and providing performance analysis for clients.

Qualifications

  • At least 1-2 years of working experience in relevant industry and role.
  • Candidates with prior experience with Healthcare Insurance provider (Employee Benefits) will be an added advantage.
  • Ability to work under pressure.

  • Administer and drive development and implementation of technical parameters.
  • Monitor that new and existing implementations are updated promptly.
  • Account management for assigned accounts.

What You\'ll be Doing
  • Administer and drive development and implementation of technical parameters, policies and frameworks.
  • Monitor that new and existing implementations, renewals, and movements requests are updated promptly.
  • Provide and assist in regular analysis or ad-hoc reports to clients on the performance of each portfolio.
  • Account management for assigned accounts and provide support to the team where required.
  • Maintain high quality interactions with all touch points and escalate resolutions in a client centric manner.
  • Any other tasks as assigned.
What We Are Looking for
