  • Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure accuracy and availability.
  • Conduct regular inventory audits and reconciliations.
  • Issuing of sales quotations and invoices to customers.
  • Coordinate all shipments with freight forwarders.
  • Prepare and update statutes of sales quotations.
  • Maintain proper serial number records of all stocks sold.
Job description
Inventory Management Duties
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure accuracy and availability.
  • Conduct regular inventory audits and reconciliations.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of inventory transactions.
  • Identify and resolve discrepancies in inventory records.
Sales and Logistics Duties
  • Issuing of sales quotations and invoices to customers, and all other necessary documentation.
  • Coordinate all shipments with freight forwarders and the preparation of documentation to ensure timely deliveries and compliance.
  • Prepare and update statutes of sales quotations, invoices, and shipments for reporting purposes.
  • Coordinate and maintain a proper record of all consignment items with distributors.
  • Coordinate all administrative matters for trade shows and other events.
  • Maintain proper serial number records of all stocks sold.
Other Administrative Duties
  • Preparation of an application for grants when they arise.
  • Arrangement of internships.
  • Coordination with building management and office utilities.
  • All other general admin duties - ordering of items like t-shirts, printing of brochures, stationery, etc.
  • All other ad hoc tasks as assigned.
