Job summary
A property management firm in Singapore is seeking a front desk officer to manage resident interactions and administrative tasks. Responsibilities include handling enquiries, managing facility bookings, and supporting maintenance operations. The ideal candidate has GCE 'N'/ 'O' Level qualifications and experience in customer service. Immediate start preferred, with a requirement for 5.5 days work per week.
Qualifications
- 1 year experience in MCST environment or front desk/customer service is advantageous.

Job Description
- Manage phone calls and attend to walk in residents
- Maintaining proper records of enquiries or complaints received from residents/tenants.
- Manage the booking of estate facilities such as BBQ pits, tennis courts, function room etc. with accordance to standard operating procedures/handbook/by-laws.
- Support the maintenance for office facilities and equipment, coordinate with vendors / contractors / building management for the repair and maintenance of office and estate equipment / facilities when required.
- Establish and maintain proper filing system to ensure smooth documentation and administration of the estate.
- Carry out regular update of the content of the notice board(s).
- Handle maintenance fee billing to residents, issue maintenance notice / reminder.
- Assist with MCST accounts for account receivable, account payable, and petty cash management.
- Assist with the coordination council meetings and annual general meetings as instructed by the Condominium Manager.
- Any other duties assigned by supervisor / Manager
Job Requirement
- Applicants must be willing to work 5.5 days' work. (Alternate Sat upon confirmation)
- Preferably able to start immediately
- Minimum GCE ‘N’ / ‘O’ Level or relevant ITE certificate
- 1 yr experience working in MCST environment/frontdesk/customer service will be an advantage.
- Proficient in MS Office
- Possess good work attitude
- Pleasant personality and able to work independently
