About the role
This is an exciting opportunity to join The GMP Group as a Senior/ Business Development Executive. In this full-time, office-based role, you will be responsible for driving new business and revenue growth for the company's suite of products and services. Based in the vibrant Central Region of Raffles Place, you will be a key player in shaping the company's commercial success.
What you'll be doing
Identify and qualify new sales leads through proactive prospecting and networking.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients.
Negotiate favorable contract terms and close new business deals.
Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract signature.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
Collaborate cross-functionally with sales and marketing team.
Contribute to the development of the company's sales strategy and plans.
Consistently meet and exceed individual sales targets.
What we're looking for
Minimum 2 years of proven business development experience, preferably within the Sales industry.
Demonstrable track record of successfully winning new clients and growing revenue.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team to achieve shared goals.
Strong commercial acumen and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with CRM systems.
Degree qualification or equivalent relevant experience.
