The Manager, Account Services, is responsible for delivering exceptional service, operational efficiency, and revenue growth through seamless order‑to‑cash execution for subsidiaries and distributor partners across the APAC region.
Acting as the key link between Sales, Planning, Supply Chain, Finance, and 3PL partners, this role ensures subsidiaries’ and distributors’ needs are met with accuracy, timeliness, and compliance. The position blends hands‑on execution with strategic process improvement, leveraging analytics and collaboration to enhance service models, reduce costs, and improve distributor relationships.
