Job summary

A hospitality and FMCG recruitment agency is seeking candidates for two roles: BD Executive and Sales Executive. The BD Executive will manage and grow hotel amenities business while the Sales Executive focuses on customer accounts in the raw materials industry. Basic salaries reach up to $5000 for senior roles and $3800 for junior positions, along with performance-based commissions. Both roles are based in Singapore and require candidates with relevant sales experience.

Benefits

Two roles available; one is BD Executive role for hotel amenities supplier company (Open consider for both executive OR manager; depends on experience). Located at east area, Basic salary up to $5000 + commission for manager role. FMCG & Hospitality industry experience preferred.

Another role is Sales Executive (Indoor); for equipment's raw material company. Candidate is requiring doing more on farming role instead of hunting. Located at north area. Basic salary up to $3800 + commission.

Key Responsibilities
BD Executive / Manager
  • Manage and grow the hotel amenities business by finding new clients and maintaining relationships.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue goals.
  • Prepare and present proposals, agreements, and reports for key accounts.
  • Coordinate with operations and back-end teams to ensure timely delivery and stock availability.
  • Provide after-sales support and resolve client concerns to ensure satisfaction.
Sales Executive
  • Attend to sales leads and client enquiries.
  • Develop and secure new and existing accounts to increase sales.
  • Monitor sales efficiency and strategies, ensuring targets are met.
  • Prepare quotations and proposals for clients.
  • Maintain customer accounts and payment terms, and update sales data in the system.
Requirements
  • BD/ Sales experience in FMCG/ Hospitality/ any industry
  • B2B experience is required
  • Class 3 driving license will having advantage
