Job Responsibilities:
Manage and process payrolls, payslips, and summaries for two companies (twice a month).
Submit surveys and reports as required by government organizations (e.g., MOM, IRAS, etc.).
Review all AP, AR, and GL transactions to ensure correct account coding in the EZ accounting system.
Enter all payroll-related and CPF transactions accurately into the EZ system.
Perform monthly bank reconciliations using the EZ system.
Verify quarterly GST input and output figures in the EZ system before submission to senior staff.
Manage and handle all accounting-related correspondence and documentation.
Provide support to the senior accountant for administrative tasks as needed.
Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
Requirements:
At least 3 years of relevant working experience, preferably in a full set accounting role.
Proficient in using accounting software, especially EZ Accounting System.
Strong understanding of local/foreigner payroll processes, CPF, and GST regulations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; familiarity with EZ system is a plus.
Able to work independently with a high level of responsibility and attention to detail.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to speak and write in both Chinese and English to handle internal documents and communicate with vendors/clients/workers.
Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.

Key in all GL-related incoming and outgoing payments into the EZ accounting system.
Ensure proper filing of all accounting and administrative documents.
Assist in preparing and finalizing quarterly GST input and output in the EZ system.
Provide administrative and accounting support to seniors and executives when needed.
Maintain up-to-date and accurate accounting records.
Requirements:
Diploma in Accounting or related field.
With or without working experience
Understanding of AP/AR/GL processes and Singapore GST preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; familiarity with EZ system is a plus.
Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
Good self-management and time management skills.
Able to speak and write in both Chinese and English to manage documentation and liaise with vendors/clients/workers.
Willingness to learn and grow within the accounting function.
