Account Assistant (AP)
• Assist in data entry of Accounts Payable (AP) invoices and payments
• Maintain daily cash/bank book
• AP monthly payment (cheque/giro/TT) and payment vouchers
• Manage Petty Cash - daily claims and month end reconciliations
• Monthly Bank reconciliations
• Month end AP closing
• Providing administrative support to the accounting team, including data entry and filing
• Any other ad hoc duties as and when assigned
Requirement:
• Minimum LCCI / Diploma in accountancy.
• Self-motivated, meticulous & committed individual who can multi-task and work with little supervision under tight deadlines.
• Proactive and positive working attitude.
• Proficient in Ms Office and Excel.
• 5 days work.
• Yearly Performance Bonus.
• Office located at Tampines, Opposite IKEA & Giant.
• Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office, Microsoft Dynamic.
• Preferably Entry Level specialized in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
