Job Details

  • Position: Accounts Assistant (Accounts Payable)

  • Working Hours: Mon–Thurs: 8.30am–6.00pmFri: 8.30am–5.00pm

  • Location: Transport provided from Boon Lay MRT

  • Perm role comes with AWS & Variable bonus

  • Accounting System - Sage 300 (3 months + ) later

  • We are seeking a meticulous and reliable Accounts Assistant (AP) to join our Finance team. This role is responsible for processing accounts payable transactions, reconciling statements, and supporting overall financial accuracy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle Accounts Payable (or Accounts Receivable, as assigned)

  • Perform account and statement reconciliations

  • Accurately enter data using Excel and accounting systems

  • Prepare and issue cheques

  • Assist with collection and recording of receipts

  • Perform bank reconciliations

  • Work with internal departments to meet reporting deadlines

Requirements
  • CAT / LCCI (partial) or equivalent qualification

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software

  • Detail-oriented and accurate

  • Strong communication skills

  • Able to work independently and meet deadlines

  • Willing to do overtime when needed
