We’re looking for a reliable Admin & Accounts Assistant to join our team!
Responsibilities:
- Handle data entry, filing, and document management
- Support accounts payable & receivable tasks
- Reconcile bank statements and prepare reports
- Assist with quarterly GST submissions and year-end closing
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial information
- Perform general admin and ad-hoc duties as assigned
- Key in and update project costing to ensure accurate financial records
Requirements:
- Min. 2 years accounting or administrative experience
- Min. Diploma Certification in any field
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Basic accounting knowledge preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
