An established industry player is seeking a detail-oriented finance assistant to support financial transactions and reporting. In this role, you will assist in processing invoices, maintaining financial records, and preparing reports. Job Responsibilities:
1. Financial Transactions
· Assist in processing invoices, payments, and receipts.
· Maintain and update financial records and ledgers.
· Ensure timely and accurate data entry into accounting software.
2. Reconciliation & Reporting
· Perform bank reconciliations and assist in monthly financial closing.
· Support the preparation of financial reports, balance sheets, and profit & loss statements.
· Assist in reconciling accounts payable and receivable.
3. Administrative Support
· Maintain organized financial documents and filing systems.
· Assist in payroll preparation and expense reimbursements.
· Liaise with vendors, clients, and internal departments for financial inquiries.
4. Compliance & Auditing
· Support internal and external audits by providing required documents.
· Ensure financial transactions comply with company policies and regulations.
· Assist in tax filing and statutory reporting.
Qualifications & Skills:
· Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
· At least 1 year of experience in accounting or finance roles preferred.
· Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Good communication and organizational skills.
