A reputable real estate & technology company is looking for a PHP developer/engineer focusing on backend development. The role involves developing internal web applications and potentially handling external projects. Candidates must have at least 3 years of experience in web application development, with strong PHP, MySQL/PostgreSQL, and HTML/CSS skills. Experience or interest in AI coding is a plus. This position provides an opportunity to collaborate with teams in Japan and Vietnam.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of web application development experience and database experience required.
- Experience with PHP, MySQL/PostgreSQL, HTML/CSS/JavaScript is a must.
- Interest or experience with AI coding is beneficial.

- Mainly responsible for internal web application development using PHP, occasionally required to handle external projects as well.
- Understands client requirements, needs and details to build a project based on clients products.
- Making adjustments and changes as required.
- Coding, interface testing, programming and testing.
- Maintenance and upgrading of website, response to the inquiry from clients, and analyze if there are any issues.
- Liaise with respective branch (mainly Japan and Vietnam) for project collaborations.
- Must have at least 3 years of web application development experience and database experience
- Must have experience working with PHP, Database (MySQL / PostgreSQL), HTML/CSS/JavaScript
- Must have experience or personal interest with coding using AI
- Advantageous to have experience with AWS, Google Cloud, or API services such as Lambda / DynamoDB
- Advantageous to have experience with Typescript, Python, Go
