Summary

As a Full Stack Developer in Web Stack Technology, you will play a key role in web application design, development, and maintenance, covering both the frontend and backend components to deliver high-quality software solutions. Your expertise in front and backend technologies will contribute to creating robust and scalable applications that meet business requirements.

Responsibilities

• Implement frontend components using HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks (Vue 2 & 3, Nuxt 2 & 3) and ensure responsive, interactive, and standards‑compliant web applications.
• Design, develop, and optimize server‑side applications and APIs using Node.js / JavaScript & TypeScript, focusing on performance, scalability, and security.
• Write clean, maintainable, well‑documented code, following coding standards and best practices, and actively participate in code reviews.
• Develop and optimize applications that consistently perform at peak levels by identifying and resolving bottlenecks, implementing caching mechanisms, and fine‑tuning database queries.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues in the application, working closely with the team to provide timely resolutions.
• Collaborate with other developer team members to design and implement efficient systems.
• Stay up‑to‑date with emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices in full‑stack development, and contribute ideas to enhance software solutions.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years’ working experience in full‑stack web development.
• Experience developing front‑end web applications with HTML, CSS/SCSS, CSS frameworks (Bootstrap/TailwindCSS/ElementUI), JavaScript/TypeScript, and Nuxt 2 & 3.
• Experience developing backend API applications with JavaScript/TypeScript and Node.js (Express.js, Moleculer.js).
• Familiarity with databases (e.g., MongoDB) and proficiency in writing efficient database queries and tuning performance.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to debug and troubleshoot complex issues.
• Understanding of software development principles, including code documentation, testing, and code review processes.
• Experience with common development toolsets such as Git and Docker.
• Experience with a common management tool like ClickUp, Jira, Trello or other task & issue tracking.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, and ability to articulate technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
• Good self‑organized, self‑managed, and proactive with a “Make it Done” mindset.
• Ability to communicate in Mandarin & English (oral and written).

Work Mode

Mon‑Thurs – Fully in office

Friday – WFH

Remuneration

Up to MYR 19,000 (Depending on experience & skillsets)
