  • Deal with forwarders for import goods.
  • Perform administrative tasks as needed.
Job description
  • Provide administrative support to the technical team by adhering to technical processes, assisting in arranging technical daily operations, handling inquiries, processing orders, and resolving any customer issues or concerns.
  • Review and understand sales quotations, terms and conditions of offers, and consolidate all sales orders for machine, equipment, and spare part ordering.
  • Process orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
  • Liaise with various departments such as Sales, Finance & Billing, and Logistics to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
  • Maintain and update internal records to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Ensure documents are filed promptly and accurately.
  • Assist with email correspondence, phone calls, and other forms of communication with clients and internal teams.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide product or service information.
  • Support and resolve technical-related matters and disputes.
  • Coordinate and schedule technical appointments and travel arrangements for technical teams.
  • Deal with forwarders for import goods.
  • Perform administrative tasks as required to meet the department’s needs.
  • Perform any other ad hoc duties assigned.
