Responsibilities
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of the machinery products being sold, including their features, specifications, and applications across different industries.
  • Identify potential customers and industries that could benefit from the machinery products; utilize various methods such as cold calling, networking, and referrals to generate leads.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to potential clients, highlighting the benefits and advantages of the machinery products.
  • Negotiate sales contracts and agreements with clients, including pricing, terms, and delivery schedules, to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes for both the company and the customer.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly, and following up on sales to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments related to machinery products; use this information to adjust sales strategies and identify new opportunities for business growth.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including client interactions, sales orders, and revenue projections; provide regular reports to management on sales performance and market trends.
  • Work closely with other departments such as marketing, product development, and customer support to coordinate efforts and maximize sales opportunities.
Qualifications
  • Candidates possess at least SPM or above.
