A recruitment agency in Malaysia is seeking a telesales consultant to manage customer consultations and increase sales. Candidates should be at least SPM graduates with 3 months of telesales experience or fresh graduates. The role involves consulting customers, managing information, and achieving KPIs. Sales experience in industries such as beauty, banking, or telecommunications is preferred.
Qualificações
- Minimum SPM graduate with at least 3 months of telesales experience.
- Fresh graduates are welcome.
- Experience in sales/product consulting is a plus.
Responsabilidades
- Consult and convince customers to use appropriate products.
- Manage and store customer information on the company system.
- Support existing customers and increase sales through preferential programs.
- Complete assigned KPIs.

- Call to consult and convince customers to use the right product and close the order according to the data the customer has demanded (available data).
- Manage/store customer information on the company system.
- Take care and support existing customers, provide preferential programs for customers to increase sales.
- Complete the assigned KPIs as prescribed.
- Minimum SPM graduate with at least 3 months of telesales experience (making sales via call out).
- Fresh graduates are most welcome.
- Preference will be given to candidates with sales/product consulting experience from industries such as beauty, banking/finance, telecommunication, insurance, online business.
