Job summary

A leading recruitment agency is seeking an Indoor Sales Executive in Kuala Lumpur. The role involves engaging with walk-in customers, addressing their needs, and achieving sales targets. Candidates should have at least 1 year of sales or customer service experience, good communication skills in Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, and English, and familiarity with MS Office. A basic salary of RM2200-2500 is offered, along with monthly sales commissions.

Qualifications

  • Minimum qualification is SPM or equivalent.
  • Preferred experience of at least 1 year in sales or customer service.
  • Good communication skills in Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, and English.

Responsibilities

  • Provide recommendations and promote products to customers.
  • Assist customers in locating store products.

  • Report operations to the supervisor weekly.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide suitable recommendations and promote product to walk-in customers as needed.
  • Assisting walk-in customers in locating requested store products.
  • Addressing customer concerns and inquiries as well as resolving customer complaints.
  • Responsible for managing the sales target.
  • Reports weekly Operation to Supervisor.
  • Maintaining and providing comprehensive product information to customers.
  • Confidently making and closing sales.
  • Understanding the importance of best-selling lines and feature hotspots.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum Qualification: SPM or equivalent
  • Experience: 1 year in sales or customer service preferred
  • Language: Good communication skills in Mandarin,Bahasa Malaysia and English
  • Computer Skills: Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel)
  • Personality: Friendly, confident, and customer-oriented
  • Others: Able to work in a team and meet sales targets

Working Hours

8.30am-5pm (shift 1)

10.00am-6.30pm (shift 2) only certain branch have shift 2, the rest only 1 shift)

6 day work, able to work weekend and PH, 1 day rest per week

Average commission, commission monthly?

1.Average commission is Between 1500-3000

3.Working hour: 6 day per week (required to work weekend & some PH, 1 rest day per week usually at weekday)

Salary package: basic RM2200-2500, monthly sales commission.
