A financial services company in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an experienced Telesales Representative to join its expanding sales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in telesales, strong communication skills, and a target-driven mindset. - Follow up on leads provided by the company and manage self-sourced leads
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs
- Accurately update customer information and call outcomes in the CRM system
- Maintain high standards of compliance, professionalism, and customer service
- Work closely with supervisors and the sales team to improve conversion rates
- Minimum 1 year of proven telesales experience (experience in financial services, loan products, insurance, or telemarketing is an advantage)
- Demonstrated sales achievements with verifiable performance records
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Confident phone manner with the ability to handle objections effectively
- Target-driven, self-motivated, and resilient under pressure
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems
- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin/Cantonese is an added advantage)
