We are expanding our sales team and are looking for an experienced Telesales Representative with a proven track record in telesales. This role is ideal for a driven, confident communicator who excels at engaging customers over the phone and consistently delivering results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct outbound telesales calls to prospective and existing customers
  • Clearly present and explain company products/services in a professional and persuasive manner
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
  • Follow up on leads provided by the company and manage self-sourced leads
  • Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs
  • Accurately update customer information and call outcomes in the CRM system
  • Maintain high standards of compliance, professionalism, and customer service
  • Work closely with supervisors and the sales team to improve conversion rates
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of proven telesales experience (experience in financial services, loan products, insurance, or telemarketing is an advantage)
  • Demonstrated sales achievements with verifiable performance records
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Confident phone manner with the ability to handle objections effectively
  • Target-driven, self-motivated, and resilient under pressure
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems
  • Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin/Cantonese is an added advantage)
