A digital marketing company in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Sales Consultant for on-site client acquisition. This field sales role involves conducting face-to-face visits to merchants, developing new clients, and recommending marketing solutions. Candidates should be confident, possess their own transportation, and ideally have sales or marketing experience. The compensation includes a basic salary plus commission for successful deals, with high performers earning significantly above the base salary.
Conduct face-to-face visits to merchants (F&B, brands, service-based businesses) to introduce and sell the company’s digital marketing packages.
Proactively source and develop new clients, arrange on-site meetings and package presentations.
Understand client needs and recommend suitable marketing solutions.
Follow up with potential clients from initial contact to deal closing.
Act as a bridge between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth communication and project coordination.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships to improve retention and renewal rates.
This is a field sales / outdoor sales position that requires frequent client visits and meetings. It is not a purely office-based role.
