📢 WALK-IN INTERVIEW – Telemarketing Executive (INBOUND / OUTBOUND CALLS)

Date: 14 & 15 January 2026 (Wednesday & Thursday)

Time: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Attire: Smart Casual

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive great customer experience by creating awareness and understanding of Carro products and services.
  • Manage leads from Carro online channel and provide them with a delightful customer journey from end to end while using Carro services.
  • Schedule appointments for interested customers to meet with sales representatives or visit the dealership.
  • Manage inbound and outbound calls and correspondences for sales and services.
  • Provide accurate and complete information to customers on our products and services via WhatsApp and calls.
  • Uphold high standards in processing and maintaining customer records/correspondents while logging customer information into the system/tools provided.
  • Achieve monthly individual and team sales targets.
  • Keep team lead informed by submitting activity and result reports, such as daily sales reports and compliments.
  • Assist in resolving customer complaints through calls and working with internal departments for follow‑ups.
  • Able to work with minimum supervision.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
  • Candidates must possess at least a SPM/Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
  • Fresh graduate or 1 year of working experience in Telemarketing, Sales, Customer Service, or a related field is required.
  • Computer literate in Microsoft Office, Notepad, and Basic Emailing.
  • Have excellent organizational, management, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ambitious, target‑driven, and eager to take on challenges.
  • Enjoy working over the telephone.
  • Knowledge of automotive products and services is an advantage.
  • Able to speak in Bahasa Malaysia & English.
