Responsibilities
  • Manage Corporate Client from International Hotel Chain in Hong Kong, Singapore, Indonesia, Thailand and other regions.
  • Exceed customer expectation in terms of customer service & accurate information.
  • Provide professional training to corporate client and system user.
  • Prepare weekly & monthly reports to Senior Management.
Qualifications
  • 1 Year Experience and above.
  • Ability to converse & write in English will be required. Main client from International Hotel Chain in Hong Kong, China and South East Asia
  • Excellent spoken and written in Mandarin is an added advantage.
  • Working experience in the Hotel Industry will be an added advantage for this position.
  • Computer literate and internet savvy.
  • Diploma / Degree holder in any discipline or SPM/STPM/IGCSE or equivalent qualification with relevant working experience.
  • Open to Malaysians only.
