Ample Couture is looking for an Entry–Mid level AI & Data Marketing Engineer who is strong in Python, data analysis, and basic machine learning — and eager to apply these skills in digital marketing, automation, and real business operations.

You will work closely with our AI automation manager and marketing team to support daily operations, automate tasks, analyse ads data, and help improve performance.
Build small automation scripts using Python to simplify marketing workflows.
Assist in developing AI tools powered by LLMs (chatbots, summarizers, content analysis).
Integrate internal systems such as Shopline, Meta Ads, and Google Sheets using Python scripts or APIs.
Support the team in creating automated reporting dashboards.
Collect, clean, and organize data from marketing campaigns, sales reports, and customer behavior.
Use Python + SQL to generate insights that help the marketing team make decisions.
Analyse daily ads performance (CPM, CTR, CPC, ROAS) with training and guidance.
Identify patterns and trends in content performance and product sales.
Support the digital marketing team in setting up and optimizing Meta Ads based on AI recommendations (training provided).
Help run A/B tests on creatives, audiences, and formats.
Monitor campaign performance and flag issues.
Assist with content analysis and creative testing for Live selling and ACS campaigns.
Good proficiency in Python (Pandas, NumPy).
Basic understanding of machine learning or academic ML projects.
Comfortable working with SQL for querying and data cleaning.
Experience with basic dashboards or visualizations (Matplotlib, Power BI, or Google Data Studio).
Bonus: Familiarity with APIs, automation tools, or LLMs (RAG, embeddings).
Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts.
Interest in learning Meta Ads structure, funnels, and creative analysis.
Curiosity about how AI impacts marketing.
Fast learner and willing to grow with AI + marketing.
Strong problem‑solving mindset.
Able to communicate insights clearly to non-technical team members.
Able to work independently and in a fast‑paced environment.
