Position: We are seeking three experienced Intermediate to Senior Architects to join our Kuala Lumpur and Johor Bahru teams. Candidates must have strong experience in high-rise and mixed development projects, excellent design and technical skills, and the ability to lead projects from concept design through to CCC.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead architectural design and project delivery for high-rise and mixed development projects in Kuala Lumpur.
• Oversee design proposals, authority submissions, tender documentation, and construction coordination.
• Ensure all designs comply with UBBL, planning guidelines, and statutory requirements.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and clients to resolve technical and design matters.
• Review shop drawings, conduct site visits, and ensure design intent is maintained throughout construction.
• Mentor junior team members and manage project timelines and deliverables.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Architecture from a recognized university.
• 6–10 years experience with strong exposure to high-rise and mixed development projects in Malaysia.
• Proven portfolio showing completed projects from concept stage up to CCC.
• Solid knowledge of UBBL, local authority procedures, and construction detailing.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit/BIM, Sketchup and common architectural software.
• Strong communication, coordination, and leadership skills.
