Four Seasons Hotel and Residences is part of a 65‑storey mixed‑use tower that includes 242 private residences, 27 serviced apartments, a 209‑key hotel, and luxury retail podium. The hotel offers dining outlets, an executive lounge for business travelers, a serene spa, fitness centre, rooftop infinity pool, and panoramic city views.

The Commis 1 – Bakery prepares bakery items according to guest orders and banquet event orders in accordance with production requirements and quality standards while maintaining a safe, sanitary work environment.

• Prepare bakery items to consistent quality following recipe cards, production, portion, and presentation standards; complete mis en place and set‑up station for breakfast, lunch, and/or dinner service.
• Start items that are prepared ahead of time, ensuring not to prepare beyond estimated needs.
• Operate, maintain and properly clean kitchen equipment.
• Date all food containers and rotate as per policies, keep perishables at proper temperatures, check pars for shift use, determine necessary preparation, freezer pull and line set‑up; note out‑of‑stock items or potential shortages; return unused items to designated storage areas; assist in plans to correct food cost problems; control food waste, loss and usage per policies.
• Work harmoniously and professionally with co‑workers and supervisors.

• Good knowledge in bakery.
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs.
• Certificate in a related discipline.
• Able to work a flexible schedule with the ability to work all shifts, weekends and holidays as per business demands.
• Must be able to speak, read, and write Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Must have the right to work in Malaysia.
