Senior Associate - Business Development (Brand Management & Proposal Strategy)

You’ll focus on assisting the Lines of Service with proposal development, delivering initiatives to drive market growth for our priority areas, deriving business insights from our customer relationship management platform, Salesforce, and contributing to the client listening programme.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in proposal development for key accounts and strategic opportunities; refine value propositions and points of view in adherence to our proposal guidelines.
  • Assist in collating required information for proposal submissions, such as company credentials and financial data.
  • Support go‑to‑market initiatives to promote our firm’s services both internally and externally.
  • Monitor go‑to‑market activities to ensure proper execution and provide additional support if required.
  • Contribute to the development of Salesforce reports and dashboards by performing analysis and presenting findings to drive improvements.
  • Help drive the firm‑wide Client Listening Program to strengthen the listening culture and promote a listening mindset.
  • Support the development of the Client Listening Programme plan and monitor its progress.
  • Coordinate team meetings and organize touch points with relevant stakeholders.
  • Actively participate in PwC global discussions on the latest developments.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
  • 2-4 years of working experience in business development roles or equivalent.
  • High proficiency in written and spoken English, with strong presentation skills.
  • Analytical and proficient in summarising information to formulate recommendations.
  • Strong business acumen, excellent organisational and communication skills, with the courage to speak up and share viewpoints.
  • Strong project management capabilities and a well‑organised approach to handling multiple initiatives.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint), Salesforce and Power BI is an added advantage.
