Job summary
A leading manufacturing company in Kulim, Malaysia is seeking a Quality Assurance professional to manage customer queries, lead a QA team, and ensure quality control processes are followed. The ideal candidate has at least a diploma in engineering and 1-2 years of industry experience. Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred due to client interactions. This role involves collaborating with various teams for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1‑2 years of experience in the relevant industry.
- Ability to communicate in Mandarin preferred.
Responsibilities
- Manage customers queries and complaints.
- Ensure containment to prevent outflow of problematic parts.
- Lead a team of QA staff for daily functions.
- In‑process quality control and NCA follow‑up.
