Job summary
A dynamic café in Bukit Jelutong, Selangor, is seeking a highly motivated Cafe Supervisor Cum Barista. In this full-time role, you will oversee daily café operations, manage a team of baristas, and ensure exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of barista experience, supervisory skills, and a passion for coffee. Candidates should be friendly, hardworking, and able to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of barista experience required.
- Supervisory or team-leading experience preferred.
- Friendly, hardworking, and able to work under pressure.
Responsibilities
- Prepare beverages and ensure consistency in quality.
- Oversee daily café operations, including opening and closing.
- Supervise staff during shifts and ensure smooth service flow.
- Manage stock, inventory checks, and basic ordering.
- Train new baristas and ensure adherence to SOPs.
- Handle cash, POS system, and end-of-day closing.
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar and café area.
