Job summary

A construction and engineering firm in Klang, Selangor is looking for candidates to design and manage projects in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a Diploma or Degree in Construction Engineering and 2-3 years of experience in the construction industry. Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Word, and Excel is a must. Responsibilities include generating engineering drawings, supervising factory operations, and liaising with consultants and subcontractors. Salary will be based on experience and skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years experience in the related construction industry and QAQC environment factory.
• Candidates should possess good interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
• Ability to work independently under minimum supervision.

Responsibilities

• Carry out the design and generate detail engineering drawing based on client’s given specifications.
• Undertake factory fabrication, QAQC checks, and prepare reports.
• Monitor and supervise project progress.
• Ensure all work areas are completed on time.
• Implement daily site activities assigned by superior.
• Conduct inspections and checking on works.
• Liaise with consultants, sub-contractors, and the workforce.

Nagatron Engineering specialises in the Design, fabrication and installation of Architectural steel structures, roof covering and rainwater goods. We are expanding our operation to meet the requirement of our Clients’ current and future projects.

We are looking for suitable candidates to fit in a fast moving job environment which is challenging and at the same time demanding. The candidates shall be willing to work in projects that require constant attention and on time delivery.

Job Descriptions

• Carry out the design and generate detail engineering drawing based on client’s given specifications and calculations.
• To undertake the factory fabrication, QAQC check and prepare report for submission.
• Monitor and supervise projects progress.
• Ensure all works area completed on time.
• Implement day to day site activities assigned by superior.
• Ensure inspections and checking on works are conducted.
• Liaise with any consultants, sub-contractors and the general workforce involved in the project.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess Diploma/ Degree in Construction Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 2-3 years experience in the related construction industry and QAQC environment factory.
• Required skills: MS Word/Excel and competent in autocad is compulsory.
• Good interpersonal skills, positive attitude, responsible and independently under minimum supervision.
