A leading distributorship firm in Malacca is seeking an experienced team leader to manage sales teams and ensure sales targets are met. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of FMCG industry experience and a diploma in business or related fields. Responsibilities include developing and motivating the sales team, tracking performance, and maintaining healthy collections. This role offers an opportunity to make a significant impact in a challenging and fast-paced environment.
Manage the overall trade/team matters of a business units under our distributorships.
Contribute towards achieving company's goal and objectives set in sales target and monthly/quarterly/annual Key Performance Index (KPI).
Develop, guide and motivate sales team to achieve excellence in aspects of sales, fundamentals and merchandising in the market place.
Manage sales team to execute trade activities planned and cascaded by the principals with high quality.
Responsible for sales team’s monthly and quarterly incentives achievement.
Track and monitor Accounts Receivables to the trade including ensuring healthy collection record, managing disputes and trade activities related claims.
Ensure that the sales team attrition is low via coaching, morale management and good recruitment.
Work in partnership with principals’ PIC to ensure plans and deliverable are being cascaded well to the sales team.
