Job description

Minimum 2 years as Manager in F&B is a MUST

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for leading a store team to create and maintain the Boost Experience for our customers and employees by supervising and directing, making staffing decisions, ensuring customer satisfaction and managing the financial performance of the store.
• Handling and managing the team, recruiting the right people, managing rosters and staff costs.
• Ensuring efficient operations according to Standard Operating Procedures.
• Stock handling and ordering, inventory counting and managing Cost of Goods.
• Driving sales to meet targets and looking for further opportunities to grow sales.
• Monitoring and meeting performance KPIs.
• Reporting to Store Manager/Area Manager/Operations Manager.
• Responsible for sales pattern.
• Communicating effectively with team members.
• Work professionally – with a personal touch.
