A resort company in Malaysia is seeking a dedicated Landscaping Supervisor to oversee daily landscaping and nursery operations. The role involves managing a team of workers, performing site inspections, and ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards. Candidates should have at least 2 years of supervisory experience in landscaping or horticulture, possess good leadership abilities, and communicate effectively in Bahasa Melayu or English. This position offers a hands-on approach to enhancing the beauty of the resort grounds, fostering both personal and team development.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a supervisory role in landscaping or horticulture fields.
- Must have strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage a diverse team.
- Familiar with basic gardening tools and equipment.
Responsabilités
- Plan and oversee daily landscaping and nursery tasks.
- Supervise and coordinate a team of workers for efficiency.
- Conduct site inspections to ensure work quality.
- Maintain work reports and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
- Perform hands-on gardening work when necessary.
