Key Responsibilities
  • Developing and implementing production plans to optimize workflow and maximize output.
  • Conduct inspection of precast components before and after casting.
  • Undertake pre-pour, post-pour and pre-delivery inspection on all components.
  • Analyzing production data and quality metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Calculation and forecasting of manpower planning and materials required for the production line.
  • Order production materials – mesh rebar, cast-in items, moulds, accessories, etc.
  • Coordinate with plant RTO for conformity inspection.
  • Coordinate with subcon supervisor and subcon worker for production running purpose.
  • Coordinate with maincon and site team to meet project requirements.
Requirements
  • A diploma/degree in Civil or Structural Engineering, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in precast concrete production or a similar manufacturing environment.
  • Knowledge of precast mould design and concrete mix design would be considered an advantage for candidates.
  • Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings and specifications.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
