Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement production plans to optimize workflow and maximize output
  • Inspect precast components before and after casting
  • Conduct pre-pour, post-pour, and pre-delivery inspections for all components
  • Analyze production data and quality metrics to identify improvement opportunities
  • Calculate and forecast manpower and material requirements for the production line
  • Procure production materials (mesh rebar, cast-in items, moulds, accessories, etc.)
  • Coordinate with plant RTO for conformity inspections
  • Liaise with subcontractor supervisors and workers to ensure smooth production operations
  • Collaborate with main contractor and site team to meet project requirements
Qualifications
  • A degree in Civil or Structural Engineering, or a related field
  • 2-5 years of experience in precast concrete production or a similar manufacturing environment.
