The role requires 2–5 years of experience in site supervision, strong communication skills, and the ability to prepare technical documentation. This position offers training and an opportunity to transition into QA/QC or Project Engineer roles, with a proposed salary range of RM3,000 – RM3,500 per month.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years’ experience in site supervision and technical support capacity.
• Able to conduct field supervision and prepare technical documentation.
• Must be willing to reside and operate within Johor Bahru.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite technical supervision and support for MRT and Data Centre projects.
• Monitor day-to-day site support activities, including material readiness and installation supervision.
• Assist site personnel in resolving technical issues and QA/QC coordination.
