• Monitor employee productivity and provide constructive feedback and coaching
• Set goalsfor performance and deadlines in order to achieve committed goals.
• Ensure the quality goals and objectives are being monitored closely.
• Ensure compliance on good manufacturing practices program, employee awareness and training programs and maintain high level of housekeeping.
• Continously improve work environment, methods, effectiveness, resource utilization & monitor the operating results.
• Follow all environmental procedures in carrying out daily activities.
• Undertake other duties and reponsibilities that may be assigned by the company from time to time.
• Able to communicate and work with other parties (Planning, Engineering, QA) to meet the goals set.
• Good and fast react for planing or trunaround desicion whenever facing an issues.
