Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in people or project management, preferably in the Drone or Agriculture industry.
• Possess valid Remote Pilot Certificate of Competency - Basic (RCOC-B), and other relevant certifications.
• Experience in collaborative project environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage and measure operational efficiency of staff and assigned projects.
• Quality control on budgets, schedules, and personnel performance.
• Interact with clients and ensure project compliance with standards.
