We are seeking a committed and hands-on Site Supervisor to support the construction for our solar project. The role requires strong site coordination, team supervision, and strict adherence to safety procedures to ensure smooth and efficient execution of all on-ground works.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor progress to ensure work is completed according to schedule and quality requirements.
  • Coordinate daily work plans, workforce allocation, and sequencing of site activities to avoid delays and ensure continuous workflow.
  • Ensure all tasks are completed efficiently, accurately, and in accordance with approved work procedures.
  • Liaise with subcontractors, vendors, and internal project teams to resolve on-site issues promptly.
  • Enforce strict adherence to HSE standards, CIDB regulations, and project-specific safety requirements.
  • Prepare and submit daily site progress reports, including photos, work summaries, manpower attendance, and material usage.
  • Oversee and maintain proper control of tools, machinery, equipment, and consumables at the project site.
Key Requirements
  • Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related technical fields.
  • 1–3 years of working experience in Solar PV, Construction, or M&E site operations.
  • Ability to interpret basic site drawings, work plans, and method statements.
  • Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
  • Must be willing to work based at the project site throughout the construction period.
