Qualifications

• 1-3 years of working experience in Solar PV, Construction, or M&E site operations.
• Ability to interpret basic site drawings and work plans.
• Willingness to work on-site throughout the construction period.

Responsibilities

• Monitor progress to ensure work is completed on schedule and meets quality requirements.
• Coordinate daily work plans and workforce allocation to ensure continuous workflow.
• Liaise with subcontractors and vendors to resolve on-site issues promptly.
• Enforce adherence to HSE standards and project-specific safety protocols.
• Prepare and submit daily site progress reports.
