Overview

Job Description - Project Site Supervisor. We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Project Site Supervisor to join our construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing various aspects of construction projects, ensuring that work progresses smoothly and efficiently and that deadlines and quality standards are met.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Manager in the planning of manpower and other resources to ensure maximum distribution of work and minimize disruption to work progress.
• Attend Site Progress Meeting/Sub Con Meeting/Client Consultant Meeting at all times.
• Receive and distribute construction drawings to site.
• Check any discrepancy between Architect Drawings and Structural Drawings.
• Liaise with the Client/Consultant on technical matters with the site supervisor/coordinator.
• Monitor delivery of construction materials and ensure that quality, types, and dimensions are as per the specified requirements.
• Oversee overall construction planning to ensure the job is delivered on schedule.
• Monitor site work and supervision arrangement of on-site activities and other works carried out at the construction site.
• Administer any complaint from client with regards to defect works.
• Perform any other job function which may be assigned from time to time by the management.
• Prepare As Built Drawing for Consultant final approval.

Requirements

• Minimum educational qualifications include an SPM Certificate / Diploma in Civil Engineering or an equivalent field.
• Knowledge in Plumbing & Sanitary works is a valuable asset.
• Preferred expertise in water pipe works, RC works, and infrastructural works in road, drainage, and sewerage systems.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, showing self-motivation, attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and a results-driven attitude.
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications, particularly Microsoft Excel.
• Strong teamwork qualities with exceptional problem-solving skills and a consistently positive working attitude.
