Ensure all equipments is functioning properly through regular inspections and prompt repairs.
Prepare and implement preventive maintenance schedules.
Respond to maintenance requests and resolve issues efficiently.
Manage and supervise a team of in-house technicians.
Assign daily tasks, monitor performance, and ensure safety protocols are followed.
Liaise with external vendors and service providers for specialized repairs and servicing.
Monitor contract terms, evaluate service quality, and manage work timelines.
