- (B2B) Business to Business & Sales strategy development and implementation to hit sales targets and achieve growth rate with ability to develop pipelines and opportunities.
- Develop sales cadence and monitors staff performance, and counsels and advises to ensure compatibility, maximum effectiveness, and continued growth on a constant basis.
- Develop and empower high performing sales team to understand advertiser needs, identify solutions, and deliver innovation to scale customer ROI across SMB.
- Perform the team huddle to share new updates, team engagement, encourage staff’s creativity and innovation.
- Provides direction, feedback, develops, and motivates team members to exceed overall performance, targets, and other objectives.
- Provides supervision and direction to subordinate staff and coordinates workflow.
- Expert of industry with answers questions and resolves problems within the work unit supervised.
- Monitors the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of completion of the duties for the team supervised.
- Conducts 1-1 coaching / performance evaluations on subordinated staff to achieve and exceed assigned objectives.
- Orienting the new staff and focus on improving the overall performance.
- Reports on the overall performance of the team and suggests possible areas of improvement.
- Manage team\'s schedule, shift arrangement, leave approval, OT plan (when needed) and Update schedule accordingly.
- Actively participate in client calibration.
- Update & maintain staff database details.
- Ensure team have access to all necessary tools and documents needed to work.
- Answer client queries and work together with OMs on client escalations.
- Assist the Human Resources team and Manager with recruitment interview.
Requirements on Key Qualifications
- Bachelor above degree/University degree/equivalent degree
- Minimum 3-5 years of extensive working experience in sales account management and digital advertising sales/ business development industry.
- Minimum 1 year experience of management experience, leading and inspiring sales team with successful previous experience as a sales leader with consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
- Both English and Malay languages are required.
- Proven record of success with the entire sales process, from planning to closing.
- Analytical skills and process management skills for scaled operations, high attention to detail and rigour, “can-do” attitude, and desire to learn, metrics driven sales organization.
- Problem solving abilities, adept at identifying and resolving issues that arise during daily operations.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively and with people at all levels of the organization & maintaining a positive work environment.
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong leadership abilities, able to motivate and guide team members, resolve conflicts, and foster a positive and productive work environment
