Job Responsibilities

• Lead quality assurance and control activities for overseas customers, ensuring compliance with agreed standards and requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality concerns and drive continuous improvement.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for quality-related matters for international customers.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to resolve product quality issues.
• Ensure alignment with company policies and international quality regulations.
• Monitor and report key quality metrics, delivering actionable insights for process enhancement.

Job Requirements

• Diploma/Bachelor/Master/PhD in Engineering, Mathematics, IT, or any relevant field.
• Able to be based in China.
• Understanding of overall automotive parts manufacturing.
• Able to work independently and is a good team player.
• Leadership skills will be an advantage.
• Experienced with quality control.
• Capability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects efficiently.
• Mature, pro-active, independent, analytical, meticulous, and able to meet deadlines.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional departments.
• Able to start immediately will be an added advantage.
• Open for Malaysian applicants only.
