  • Additional Responsibilities: Support ad‑hoc business initiatives and contribute to lifecycle optimization across product phases.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to meet evolving business needs.

Qualifications & Competencies:

  • Minimum Diploma or Associate’s Degree in Mechatronics, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering (Bachelor’s Degree preferred).
  • At least 2‑4 years of role‑related work experience is required.
  • Proven hands‑on experience in semiconductor capital equipment manufacturing (e.g., etchers, deposition tools, wafer handlers, robotics).
  • Proficiency in interpreting schematics, wiring diagrams, and mechanical drawings.
  • Familiarity with vacuum systems, thermal systems, and cleanroom operations.
  • Strong analytical and technical problem‑solving capabilities.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills.
  • Agile mindset with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage competing deadlines.
