We are seeking an experienced Senior Engineer/Senior Executive Shift (Production) to join our team at Hume Cement Sdn Bhd in Gopeng, Perak. This is a full‑time position that will play a crucial role in overseeing and optimising our production processes to ensure consistent, high‑quality cement output.

• Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the production shift, ensuring efficient workflow and compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Monitor and analyse production data to identify areas for improvement and implement innovative solutions to optimise efficiency.
• Lead and motivate a team of production operators, technicians, and maintenance personnel to achieve production targets.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to troubleshoot issues and implement corrective actions on time.
• Maintain detailed records and documentation related to production activities.
• Provide technical support and guidance to production staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Assist in the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing practices.

• Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Engineering (Chemical/Mechanical).
• Minimum 3‑5 years of experience in a production or operations supervisory role, preferably in the cement industry.
• Proven track record of leading and motivating production teams to achieve operational excellence.
• Proficient in interpreting and analysing production data to drive process improvements.
• Strong problem‑solving, decision‑making, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Excellent working knowledge of production equipment, maintenance procedures, and quality control processes.
