Our client is an insulation company and is looking for a highly experienced Procurement Manager to lead and oversee all procurement operations. The role focuses on strategic sourcing, ensuring reliable supply, optimizing procurement processes, and managing procurement information systems. The Procurement Manager will also uphold strong Safety, Health, Environment (SHE) and quality standards while enhancing business efficiency and competitiveness.

Job Responsibilities
  • Ensure all procurement activities comply with Group policies, statutory requirements, and transparency standards.
  • Drive strategic sourcing, value creation, and continuous efficiency improvements.
  • Regularly review and update procurement processes, identifying improvement areas and implementing corrective actions.
  • Leverage Group synergies and conduct analysis to recommend procurement strategies and support decision-making.
  • Oversee contracts, supplier relationships, and vendor performance to maximize value and safeguard business interests.
  • Manage risks to ensure supply security and minimize exposure.
  • Maintain transparent, professional, and productive relationships with vendors.
  • Lead and participate in regional and local cross-functional projects.
  • Influence internal stakeholders and challenge requirements to ensure optimal cost-benefit outcomes.
  • Support and manage the annual budgeting process and deliver timely procurement reports.
  • Coach, mentor, and monitor the performance of procurement team members.
  • Ensure procurement information systems are properly maintained, updated, and effectively utilized.
Job Requirements
