Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise daily and weekly production activities to meet operational goals.
• Analyze production data and KPIs to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Lead, mentor, and develop production team leaders and operators.
• Conduct performance reviews and identify training needs.
• Implement lean manufacturing and Kaizen practices.
• Lead root cause analysis for production issues.
• Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance.
• Coordinate with planning, maintenance, and supply chain teams.
