Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness in Guest Suites, Rooms, corridors, and pantries, including sanitizing isolation rooms in accordance with Company policy.
Keep lockers, trolleys, and cleaning equipment tidy and organized.
Provide Guests with turn-down service every evening, replenishing drinks, fruit, amenities, and towels as necessary.
Deliver a six-star service experience, handling Guest complaints and comments efficiently and promptly.
Clean assigned Guest Suites and Rooms following instructions from the Executive Housekeeper and adhering to USPH procedures.
Maintain cleanliness and safety in lockers and corridors, and keep work trolleys organized.
Ensure all cleaning equipment is properly stored when not in use.
Follow and execute the Housekeeping Sanitation program, completing and updating all Sanitation Log sheets as per policy.
Use proper chemical products during scheduled intervals, as instructed.
Train Junior Suite Attendants.
Handle deliveries to Guest Suites and Rooms, such as gifts, mail, and reflections.
Report work orders for deficiencies or maintenance needs and follow up accordingly.
Accurately log work and rest hours daily using the Adonis Portal by swiping the Crew card.
Perform A and B watch duties, as well as Pantry watch duties, as assigned by Assistant Housekeepers.
Clean Captains Quarter and officers' rooms as instructed.
Adhere to all Company Policies, Procedures, Manuals, and Directives.
Perform other duties as assigned.
