The Inventory Analyst works diligently with the business to support worldwide inventory control and provides analysis on safety inventory levels. The Sr. Inventory Analyst also collaborates closely with planning, supply chain, and business teams to determine proper safety inventory levels and other necessary actions.

• Review and maintain safety inventory levels, ensuring stock is updated and accurate based on forecast updates within specified periods.
• Coordinate with planners and supply chain teams to set safety inventory levels and analyze stock usage.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to address inventory and operational process questions from all departments.
• Prepare inventory reports by collecting and analyzing relevant data.
• Ensure the integrity and accuracy of the stock management system.
• Provide technical support and communicate with Operations areas.
• Coordinate with the IT department to address technical concerns.
• Support warehouse cycle counts, including reconciliation reports and system adjustments.
• Manage inventory at multiple external locations according to operational requirements.
• Support SAP maintenance, particularly the ODM master material module.
• Assist in training new personnel.
• Adhere to organizational policies on quality, health and safety, conduct, legal requirements, environmental standards, 5S policies, and general duty of care.
• Maintain confidentiality of all information related to production, business, and technology.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Operate in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Work in a standard office setting with typical office equipment.
• Interface with internal customers across various functions.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and SAP.
• Basic knowledge of SAP.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

• Minimum three years of experience in data entry and inventory or materials control.
• Experience with cycle count reconciliation.
• Familiarity with SAP material master data.
• Supply chain or material planning experience with understanding of MRP logic is preferred.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Supply Chain Management, Inventory/Material Management, or related fields.
• Professional certifications such as APICS CPIM, CIRM, or others are preferred.
