  • Prepare tea, coffee, and other beverages according to standard recipes and presentation guidelines.
  • Ensure product quality, taste, and consistency in every order.
  • Greet and serve customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints courteously.
  • Promote new products or special menu items to customers.
  • Assist in daily opening and closing duties, including cash handling and inventory checks.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene at workstations and dining areas.
  • Monitor stock levels and inform the manager of any shortages or ordering needs.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and SOP standards.
  • Supervise and guide junior Tearista during shifts.
  • Train new staff on drink preparation, SOPs, and customer service.
  • Support the outlet supervisor in managing shift schedules and task assignments.
  • Motivate the team to achieve sales and service targets.
